The project involved the complete reorganisation and refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed Georgian villa on the outskirts of Bath.  We assisted our clients with the painstaking incremental refurbishment they carried out over the years with meticulous attention to detail, securing numerous planning permission and Listed Buildings consents for the various phases of work as well as assistance with the tendering and construction packages to a number of the phases The project completed in 2021.
